VTS, a leading real estate technology company, approached These Days to help elevate the user experience at their annual conference, Accelerate. Our challenge - to create an immersive learning environment that educated attendees on how intelligence is transforming Commercial Real Estate.

Artificial intelligence, data science, and other innovations have disrupted industries worldwide. But what does intelligence in the cloud mean for Commercial Real Estate?

We centred our strategy on the idea that the convergence of people and data, driven by intelligent technology, is reshaping the industry. Our concept for this year’s event focused on translating VTS data points into real-world applications.

These Days partnered with digital artist Fabian Aerts to bring this vision to life. Together, we created a series of short animated pieces for social and video content, both before and after the event, as well as a longer video to kickstart the day.

After working closely with VTS on venue selection, we chose an industrial space in Chelsea, NYC. This setting allowed us to bring our data-driven aesthetic to life, transforming the digital content into a unique, physical experience.

Bringing a digital product to life whilst also educating and engaging the audience can be challenging. At Accelerate, we designed a dedicated product journey, where guests interacted with the VTS product suite across various stations. From entering an office space to exploring products in a home setting; each station demonstrated different real life cases showcasing the product’s capabilities.

In addition to these interactive stations, the plenary sessions featured industry experts sharing insights on the latest trends in Commercial Real Estate. To enhance the experience, we designed an immersive stage set that transported the audience to different environments, bringing the speakers’ stories to life.
